Customer Service Representative assists customers with scheduling and service matters. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing and meet all related job requirements.

Production Associate assists in all cleaning and restoration services offered by Woodard. These services include carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, furniture cleaning, water damage remediation and fire damage remediation. Work is performed in both residential and commercial settings.

An associate will initially gain expertise (knowledge) in a primary service before cross-training is formalized.

All associates will be expected to demonstrate a sense of urgency and respond to our Emergency Business Services, such as Fire and Water Restoration assignments, which require on-call evenings and weekends and short notice work assignments.
